The leaders visited the digital economy industry education integration base ofYOULIFE and expressed strong interest in the construction of the base and industrial park. Both sides conducted on-site discussions on human resources development and vocational education, especially on new business models such as the construction of new quality productivity and emerging service industries, as well as specific aspects such as industry education integration and skill talent cultivation, to discuss the future of cooperation.

Deepen cooperation between human resources and vocational education, promote the development of new quality productive forces

The exchange and dialogue between the two sides are closely focused on deepening the cooperation intention between the human resources service industry and vocational education.

Zhang Zhigang, Vice Chairman of the Chifeng Municipal Political Consultative Conference and Secretary of the Linxi County Committee, and other leaders stated that the focus of cooperation between the two sides should always revolve around human resource development, vocational skills training, and the integration of industry and education. Especially in the new economic situation and new business environment, only by jointly leveraging their strengths and coordinating with each other can we better promote the development of new quality productivity in the region.

At the exchange meeting, Chairman Wang Yunlei, on behalf ofYOULIFE and Tiankun Education Group, shared the group's experience and practical experience in the construction of vocational education industry parks and cooperation with vocational colleges, demonstrating the group's high intention to actively cooperate.

Integration of industry and education with vocational training, dual wheel drive for new growth engines

At the exchange meeting, both sides also conducted detailed discussions on vocational skills training and industrial integration strategies. The leadership emphasized that strengthening cooperation with enterprises such as skill training, internship training, and service outsourcing can more effectively promote the linkage effect between local student employment and local economic development.  

Chairman Wang Yunlei responded and shared the group's internship and training cases for e-commerce majors, mentioning how to effectively solve local employment problems through enterprise introduction, induced labor, and other methods.

Both parties have reached a preliminary cooperation intention on the campus cooperation and human resources service sectors on site. The next step will be to refine the implementation plan to ensure that talent supply matches industry demand and effectively promote sustained local economic growth.
